Article: Receiving D-Star signals from space
Two articles originally published in Break-In and written by John ZL2TWS have been published publicly on our D-Star page. The articles cover the reception of signals from the D-Star ONE satellite.
Repeater and beacon updates
ZL2MHF Upper Hutt 28.229 MHz Beacon is now installed at the Branch 63 club rooms. It is sending 10 W FSK-CW into a horizontal end feed 1/2-wave antenna.
395 6 m FM half wave dipole rebuilt and LDF-450 coax feeder cable faulty connector replaced. Normal operation has resumed.
1292 23 cm FM ID beacons every 15 minutes with "ZL2VH E E E E E ZL2VH". See the repeaters page for more details on how to access this repeater.
2023 QST63 Newsletter
QST63 is the official newsletter of NZART Branch 63, the Upper Hutt Amateur Radio Club. Since June 2021, it is a quarterly publication, and was previously a monthly issue.
